The UNIVEN Branch of the United African Apostolic Church is scheduled to welcome new members on 03 March 2019 at Block E3, University of Venda.
The function will start at 10:00 and will be presided over by UNIVEN Branch Chairman, Mr Dzivhuluwani Mugari. Limpopo Provincial Youth Chairperson, Mr Mutakalo Mathoma, will also participate in the function as the branch has 98% Youth membership.
“Whilst the event is held annually, the planning process began in the beginning of February as we have already met many new students who wish to join our branch. We are therefore ready to welcome them into our family which fully subscribes to Christian values of unity, love, peace and earnest prayer “, branch Chairman, Mr Dzivhuluwani Mugari said.
Since its official establishment by the Honorable Archbishop Dr EMM Mureri on 26 April 2013, the branch has grown in leaps and bounds, with many members of fellow Apostolic churches joining it. Between 2016 and 2018 over thirty (30) members graduated and left for greener pastures whilst others enrolled for post graduate studies.
Throngs of UAAC Members in the surrounding areas are also expected to attend the function.
