Dear UAAC members!
Our beautiful country has been engulfed in violence, looting of shops and unprecedented destruction of critical infrastructure over the past few days.
As the UAAC, we refuse to be associated with any form of violence and looting of shops.
Our own family members, relatives, church mates and the citizenry at large depend on these malls for food, employment and general economic activity. If we destroy these, where else shall we get food and employment to survive? It takes years to build these infrastructure and destroying it takes the country backwards.
The UAAC says, “NO TO VIOLENCE, LOOTING OF SHOPS & DESTRUCTION OF INFRASTRUCTURE”.
Our hearts go out to all the families who lost their loved ones during the pandemonium seen in the past few days. We are praying for the government to be able to restore law and order at this difficult time. May GOD heal our land!!
Mulalo Maunited!
